Touch The Beauty Inside
I may look different on the outside,
You can never capture my beauty inside.
God gave me a more precious gift
Beyond the eyes of your seeing.
Touch The Beauty Inside Of Me,
Look not for reasons to hurt with cruel words.
My heart can hurt as yours would,
Causing sorrowful tears to fall.
We can make a better tomorrow,
By joining our hands together,
Helping another win in their battles,
While planting God’s healing seed.
God gave us all the special gift,
To share our love abundantly.
Together we can make a difference,
To the struggling world of woe.
Touch The Beauty Inside Of All,
Lending a helping hand in need,
Using God’s special gift,
Making another person’s life better.

Alyse Danielle Battiste was born in Queens, New York in 2000. She began writing at an early age and wrote her first story at age seven. So impressed by her, Founder and CEO of Candalyse Publishing, Miriam L. Jacobs, brought the child’s words to life by publishing her story. The child is also Mrs Jacobs’ granddaughter.
Even more inspirational is that young Alyse said that she wanted to dedicate the proceeds from the sales of her books to help pay for surgeries for her older cousin’s facial reconstructive surgeries.
Youth Author Alyse Battiste shares a whimsical story of great fun when Super Sally and her pals venture to a local swimming pool during a school trip. Join Super Sally and join in the fun! Read the rest of this entry »
